Conference proceedings will appear in IFAC-PapersOnline, indexed in WoS and Scopus.

Invited Sessions proposals are also encouraged.

Proposals should be up to 2 page long submissions comprising of:

- title of the invited session including justification of the session topic
- title and an abstracts of each invited paper; and
- names and affiliations of the invited paper co-authors.

An invited session consists of 6 papers

The six invited session papers have to be submitted separately by the respective authors in the format prescribed for submission of contributed papers. Each paper in a proposed invited session will be individually reviewed and thus may not be accepted. Consequently, IPC may decide to add another contributed paper to the invited session if it is on the topic of relevance to the invited session.
The submission deadline for invited session papers is the same as for contributed papers.
Invited session proposals need to be submitted directly to pid18@ugent.be

Type of presentations
The conference features both oral and poster (digital) presentations.

Paper instructions

For abstracts of 1 page they need to be send directly to pid18@ugent.be with the reference Control Education Abstract. This will not be included in the proceedings.

Full papers (6 pages) must follow the IFAC guidelines for paper formatting (https://www.ifac-control.org/events/author-guide). These will be included in the proceedings. For full paper submission follow the submission instruction below.
